Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 flags — less than a full course set — with bulk tiers that drop steeply once you are ordering a course, a practice green and a season of spares together.
How fast will my golf flags arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished flags ship in about 2 weeks. Where a set is needed for a fixed tournament date we put the ship date in writing and tell you the artwork cut-off.
Why do you ask for the flagstick diameter first?
Because the sewn tube slides over the stick, and flagsticks are not all the same. Too wide and the flag rides up and spins all day; too tight and it will not go on in cold weather. Measure one stick before you send artwork.
What does double-sided actually mean?
Two plies with a blockout liner sewn between them, so both faces read correctly and the flagstick does not shadow through. A single-ply flag shows the logo mirrored on the back. It is roughly twice the fabric and it is the spec most often quietly substituted.
How should we order for a whole course?
By hole, not by count. One flag per number, plus the practice green, plus spares — and spares are what courses run out of, because flags are lost one hole at a time rather than a set at a time.
Can you re-run a single hole?
Yes. We hold your artwork on file, so replacing one lost hole seven is a re-run rather than a new setup. That is the whole reason we keep the files.
Will the colours fade?
Yes, eventually — a pin flag sits in full UV from opening to close all season, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. We quote a realistic replacement cycle instead, and build to make that cycle as long as it sensibly can be.
Should we choose embroidery?
For tournament and presentation flags, yes. For daily play, usually not: embroidery holds water, so the flag stays damp after dew. It looks better and it dries slower, and that trade is worth making only on the flags that get framed.
